With our Fido Sleepover Program, you can bring a shelter dog home for the evening to enjoy snuggles, playtime, and plenty of cozy snoozing. It’s a fun, low-commitment way to shower a pup with love and give them a much-needed night away from the shelter. Signing up is simple! About the Program
The CASPCA’s Fido Sleepover program is open to anyone 18 years of age and older. Children may be present during Fido Sleepovers while directly supervised. We do require a $5 donation per sleepover at registration to keep the program up and running.
In order to be eligible to participate, volunteers must:
- Review the Fido Sleepover slide deck below.
- Receive safety instructions from staff upon pick-up.
- Sign our Volunteer Liability Waiver and Fido Sleepover Agreement.
Staff will work to match you up with a furry friend that will be well-suited to your home environment! However, we may not be able to accommodate requests to take out specific dogs for the day due to various factors.
