Thank you very much for your interest in volunteering with the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. We are excited that you want to help the animals and we look forward to having you volunteer.
Adult Volunteers
How to get started:
1. Fill out the volunteer application form.
2. Click here to view the general volunteer orientations & training sessions, Tails on Trails and Cool Cat Crew trainings. Please be on time for your training session, as you will not be allowed in the training once it has started.
3. At your training, you'll sign up for a scheduled shift. Of course, you can come in more often to help out!
Together we'll find the place you can best help our mission of serving the animals in our care while having fun, making friends, and feeling good about your contribution to the animals. If you want to do more, we offer increased responsibility and opportunity for interested volunteers. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!
