Obedience Classes

The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA believes that obedience classes help to get your relationship with your pet off to the right start. In four short fun classes you can learn the basics of how your dog thinks, acts and views the odd antics of the human race.

Basic Obedience
You will learn how to: teach your dog to sit, lie down, look at you, sit-stay, down-stay, leave-it, and greet others properly. Most important of all you will learn how to teach your dog to live peaceably in your home.

Puppy 101
Communication is the key to any good relationship and this class will assist you in building that positive relationship from the start.

Class Cost
$80.00 per four week session
Shelter or rescue dogs get a $15 discount
