Administrative Team Members
We seek multi-talented professionals possessing a combination (or most) of the following skills to serve as Administrative Team Members: strong database/spreadsheet/computer fluency and experience with fundraising database like Sage preferred; creative and effective marketing & advertising experience; volunteer coordination and strong interpersonal abilities with a diverse range of people; coordination of public events that engage community and local businesses; fundraising and fundraising support; talent with writing and communication for variety of audiences both inside and outside the organization; fluency with social media networking (e.g., facebook, twitter) and website maintenance; keen eye for detail in all tasks; and strong administrative support and record keeping skills. Desire to work in a dynamic, quick-paced environment mandatory. Must truly enjoy working with all kinds of people and possess patience and tact in all settings. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as circumstances dictate a must. Skill in maintaining professionalism across all contexts required. Retail Help - Cashiers and Donation Processors
Full-time and part-time positions available at the SPCA Rummage Store on
Preston Ave. Responsibilities include: cashiering, accepting donations,
sorting and restocking items for resale, working with volunteers, and
overall good customer service. The right candidate must be a team player
with a friendly, courteous, approachable manner. If you are interested,
